Nomination Process
Whenever possible, MICA Awards should be presented by MICA National or Chapter leadership.
Step 1: The nominator must be a member of MICA.
Step 2: If purchasing a Knowlton, the nominee must also be a member of MICA. To purchase a membership, click here. If you purchased a membership for your nominee, please indicate if you would like the membership mailed with the award. If you have purchased a membership for a new member, you must sign out of the new membership and then into your original membership. To do this action, click the Membership> Manage Account dropdown navigation menu item above, then sign out.
Step 3: These awards are once in a lifetime awards. To see if an individual has already received the award you are nominating them for, click here.
Step 4: Purchase and complete the Award Nomination form, click here.
Step 5: Processing. A minimum of 10 business days are required for processing from the date of the receipt of the nomination, payment and approval of the award. Expedited Services are available in Step 4 above. MICA National will mail the certificate and medal to the shipping address specified on the nomination form. MICA ships packages via USPS Priority Mail.
Pricing Area: MICA awards are $50 each. This includes the certificate, printed justification statement, the medal, and the lapel pin. Plaques and expedited processing are available at an additional charge.
